Role Overview

NTT DATA is looking for experienced Private Equity Fund Accountants to manage fund accounting operations, maintain books of accounts, calculate Net Asset Value (NAV), prepare financial statements, and coordinate investor reporting. The role requires interaction with clients, review of fund accounting activities, and leadership of production teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and calculate Net Asset Values (NAV) for private equity funds.
• Prepare, coordinate, and review financial statements and quarterly performance reports.
• Review carried interest, performance fee, and incentive fee calculations.
• Calculate investor allocations for capital calls and distributions.
• Prepare and review partners’ capital account statements.
• Coordinate fund payments and other financial transactions.
• Supervise production analysts and review completed work.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly client deliverables.
• Resolve escalations and handle internal queries.
• Monitor team performance and support employee training and development.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

Educational Qualification

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2–7 years of experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting or financial services accounting.
• Experience in reviewing financial statements.
• Strong knowledge of Private Equity fund operations.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise accounting systems.
• Working knowledge of Investran is highly desirable.
• Experience handling client calls independently.
• Ability to manage weekly and monthly client reviews.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Important Note

Candidates with experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting, NAV calculation, financial reporting, investor allocations, and capital account management will be preferred. Knowledge of Investran and advanced Microsoft Excel skills will be an added advantage.
