Role Overview

Genpact is hiring Process Developers – Accounts Payable to manage end-to-end AP operations for global clients. The role involves invoice processing, vendor management, payment processing, reconciliations, reporting, and stakeholder management while ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations.
• Process vendor invoices accurately and within defined timelines.
• Handle payment processing and vendor reconciliations.
• Perform travel and expense audit activities.
• Manage vendor master data and database corrections.
• Process trade and non-trade vendor transactions (EDI & Non-EDI).
• Handle intercompany non-trade payments and outstanding balances.
• Resolve invoice and payment-related queries with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and CPIs.
• Prepare process metrics and management reports.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and automation projects.
• Collaborate with Business Accounting teams to resolve operational issues.

Educational Qualification

Eligibility Criteria

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or FP&A.
• Strong understanding of AP processes and financial operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic business environment.
• Willingness to travel within or outside India based on business requirements.
