📝 Job Description – Indian Payroll Professional

Nexdigm is looking for experienced Payroll Professionals with expertise in Indian payroll processes and compliance.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing for India.

• Manage payroll transitions effectively.

• Ensure compliance with PF, Income Tax, ESIC, LWF, and Labour Laws.

• Independently manage client payroll queries and team operations.

• Address salary taxation queries with accuracy.

• Work on Excel and MS Outlook for payroll operations.

• Plan, prioritize, and execute daily team deliverables.

• Provide leadership in handling a payroll team and ensuring client satisfaction.

✅ Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 3–4 years in Indian payroll processing.

• Strong knowledge of Indian statutory compliances.

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

• Proven ability to lead a team and manage client interactions.

• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
