📝 Job Description – Relationship Manager (MEG)

HDFC Bank is hiring experienced Relationship Managers for the Micro Enterprises Group (Working Capital Sales).

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Branch Management

• Plan weekly branch visits and ensure coverage.

• Attend morning meetings at branches.

• Generate leads through joint calls, catchment activities & RM/PB activation.

• Review branch and resource performance regularly.

Lead Generation & Logins

• Achieve at least 2 customer appointments per day.

• Communicate documentation requirements to customers.

• Verify documents, financials, KYCs, and follow up with clients.

Cross-Selling & Renewals

• Offer a complete range of financial solutions (Insurance, CASA, Credit Cards, Loan Products).

• Manage renewals proactively and ensure timely document collection.

• Address client issues and handle renewal extensions when necessary.

Churn & Account Management

• Ensure post-disbursement business transactions flow into HDFC Bank accounts.

• Handle OBA waivers/penalties as per guidelines.

Delinquency Management

• Regular follow-up with customers on overdue accounts.

• Resolve delinquencies through calls, visits, and collaboration with Credit Managers.

Complaint Resolution

• Analyze customer complaints and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

✅ Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 3–8 years in banking / working capital sales.

• Education:

  • UG: B.Com / BBA / BMS (Any specialization)

  • PG: MBA/PGDM in Finance or M.Com (Preferred)

• Strong communication & client relationship skills.

• Local candidates with banking & working capital sales experience preferred.
