📝 Job Description – Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive Soft Services

Join JLL’s Property & Asset Management team to manage Soft Services across commercial properties in Bengaluru. You will ensure excellence in housekeeping, pest control, façade cleaning, horticulture, and client satisfaction.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning services with focus on hygiene, sanitation, and janitorial operations.

• Conduct daily rounds to identify and resolve cleaning or maintenance needs.

• Create work schedules, inspect tasks, and assign duties to teams.

• Brief and debrief staff on responsibilities and special instructions per shift.

• Maintain operational standards, SOPs, and records for budgets, inventory, and supplies.

• Procure equipment, supplies, and manage vendor contracts.

• Plan beautification projects, seasonal events, and landscaping activities.

• Supervise staff discipline, attire, and etiquette at the site.

• Conduct employee training & skill enhancement programs.

• Support compliance with statutory regulations and employee relations.

• Prepare operational reports like DMR, MMR, QBR, and other client-required documentation.

• Education: Any Graduate / Diploma in any specialization.

• Experience: 3 – 8 years in soft services / facility management.

• Knowledge of housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, and maintenance operations.

• Strong leadership, team management, and client handling skills.
