Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate solutions.
- Meet all KPIs and KRAs assigned.
- Coordinate with operations and support functions for escalations.
- Follow standard call-handling guidelines.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong listening and questioning abilities for effective issue resolution.
- Ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- 100% Work From Office.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months – 2 years (preferred in International Voice/Customer Support/Collections).
- Education: Graduation not mandatory.
- Immediate joiners only.
- Must carry hard copy resume, original Aadhar card, wired earphones, and original soft copies of all education/work-related documents.
