Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a High Net Worth (HNI) client portfolio under the Imperia/Preferred program.
- Acquire new HNI customers, enhance relationship value, and cross-sell banking & wealth products.
- Ensure superior customer experience through proactive service and advisory solutions.
- Drive portfolio profitability by increasing product penetration and wallet share.
- Retain clients and ensure attrition control through regular engagement.
- Ensure compliance with KYC/AML norms and error-free documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Treasury, Credit, Product, Insurance, AMC partners, etc.).
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Banking & Wealth Management expertise with proven sales and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of Banking products, NRI products, and regulatory norms.
- Strong sales & influencing skills with ability to manage HNI portfolios.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Certifications preferred: AMFI, IRDA, NCFM.
