👤 Position Details:

• Role: Associate / Sr. Associate – P2P (Off-Roll)

• Experience Required: 2 – 7 years

• Salary Range: ₹3 LPA – ₹6 LPA

• Job Location: Sector 32, Gurugram

🛠️ Key Skills Required:

• Strong working knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards

• SAP proficiency is a must

• Hands-on experience in Invoice Processing (PO & Non-PO)

• Accounts Payable / Procure to Pay (P2P) cycle expertise

📝 Job Responsibilities:

• Process and clear vendor invoices for all categories

• Apply correct tax treatments (GST, TDS, etc.)

• Handle invoice exceptions, mismatches, and necessary adjustments

• Prepare payment proposals and validate open advances/credits

• Support bank reconciliations and vendor payments

• Conduct vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

• Handle travel and expense claims reimbursements

• Support vendor query management and maintain strong relationships

🎓 Educational Qualification:

• UG: B.Com in any specialization

• PG: MBA/PGDM (Finance preferred)

• Experience in Indian accounting only is required

• Candidates who have appeared for an interview at JSP in the last 6 months should not reapply
