Manage end-to-end recruitment for Technology / Digital / Bulk hiring.

Drive walk-in hiring drives and manage bulk recruitment efficiently.

Source candidates through multiple channels beyond job postings.

Use ATS tools effectively and manage virtual hiring platforms.

Hire for FTE/FTR positions and coordinate assessments/interviews.

Strong stakeholder management & communication skills required.
✅ Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 years in recruitment (technical / digital / bulk hiring).

Education: Full-time MBA/PGDM in HR.

Strong knowledge of ATS systems & sourcing platforms.

Hands-on experience in walk-in drive management.
