About the Job: We are looking for candidates with a Financial Services background (FSMI) to manage Billing Operations and act as a liaison between the Customer and other client organizations. The FSMI will handle day-to-day billing activities and serve as a primary or secondary contact for assigned Customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage account activities and understand Customer’s business and billing strategy.
- Support Customer enrollment on the portal and care services.
- Maintain accurate Customer files and database records.
- Provide input for quick reference cards and Global Service Plans.
- Support Service Manager with billing activities.
- Develop, implement, and maintain billing flows or hierarchies.
- Review first invoices for new services.
- Act as SME on complex Customer contracts billing.
- Proactively manage credit requests and postings.
- Develop policies and practices to improve efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 8-13 years of experience in Financial Services
- Excellent English communication skills
- Graduation degree is a must
