Job Responsibilities

Handle collections as per assigned targets.

Manage biometric & smart card collections.

Collect cross-sell product payments.
-
Provide customer support for repayment processes.

Ensure timely and accurate collections.
-
Follow collection processes to maintain zero OD (Overdue).

Manage PAR accounts and minimize delinquencies.
-
Coordinate legal cases & recovery agencies if required.
-
Conduct periodic reviews and recommend settlements.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: 10th / 12th / Undergraduates

Graduation not mandatory

Experience: 0 – 1 Year (Freshers welcome)

Collections experience preferred
Age Limit: 19 – 33 Years
