💼 Role Overview:

As a KYC/AML Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing and validating customer/entity documentation as per KYC/CDD guidelines

• Performing Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk entities

• Verifying beneficial ownership, sanctions screening, and risk assessments

• Compiling narrative reports and summarizing findings

• Suggesting process improvements and ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements

• Monitoring customer activity and identifying suspicious patterns

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Any graduate (except Law).
  Undergraduates and post-graduation students currently studying are NOT eligible.

• Experience: Freshers and candidates with relevant KYC/AML/Compliance/Back-office experience are welcome

• Age: As per company norms

• Location: Candidates must be willing to work in Noida

🛠️ Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Excellent communication & comprehension skills

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

• Critical thinking and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Preferred:

• Prior experience in KYC/AML, Due Diligence, Client Onboarding, Sanctions Screening

• Familiarity with tools like Actimize, RDC, Lexis Nexis, Bridger XG, SIEBEL, Fortent

• Knowledge of corporate entity structures, compliance frameworks, and regulatory policies
