Manage complex & high-value customer accounts.

Follow defined collection strategies & SLAs.

Handle aged receivables & debt recovery.

Implement service stops / removals.

Review on-account payments & write-offs.
-
Achieve monthly & quarterly cash targets.

Execute dunning processes.

Handover delinquent accounts to legal teams.

Identify process & system improvement opportunities.
Dispute Management / Resolution

Analyze dispute trends & root causes.

Resolve medium to complex disputes.

Prepare dashboards & stakeholder reports.

Recommend dispute reduction strategies.

Ensure audit-ready documentation.

Monitor SLA adherence.

Support compliance & internal audits.

Handle escalations & stakeholder communication.
Advanced Responsibilities

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2+ years OTC Collections experience (Mandatory)
