📝 Job Description – RTR (Record to Report):

• Process journal entries and month-end close activities

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset accounting

• Manage inventory accounting and standard costing (as needed)

• Prepare financial statements: P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow

• Conduct bank reconciliations and adjusting entries

• Ensure timely delivery of reports and adherence to SLAs

• Work with SAP systems for transactional processing

• Identify areas for process improvement and automation

📚 Topics to Prepare (Assessment Focus):

• Journal Entries, Ledgers, Trial Balance

• Accounting Principles and Policies

• Bank Reconciliation, Inventory Valuation

• Fixed Assets & Depreciation

• Financial Statements & Ratio Analysis
