📝 Job Responsibilities:
- End-to-end Record to Report (R2R) month-end close and reporting
- Prepare monthly reports, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Journal entries, accruals, fixed asset and depreciation accounting
- Accounts receivable aging and reconciliations
- Review income, billing, and management fee calculations
- Support general ledger account analysis and audit requirements
- Maintain close checklists and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Create SOPs and process maps for R2R functions
- Interact with internal stakeholders and clients for financial reporting
💼 Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Record to Report
- Must have handled US/UK accounting processes
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of JIRA, Power BI, and Macros is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills
