About the Role:
As part of the Finance & Accounting team, you will handle critical Record to Report activities, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in financial operations for global clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute daily, weekly, and monthly RTR activities – including journal entries, ledger reconciliations, and variance analysis

Maintain accuracy of general ledger accounts for assigned clients

Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies with root cause analysis

Ensure SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit guidelines are met
-
Support month-end and year-end closing processes within deadlines
-
Prepare accurate financial reports for clients and management
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (B.Com, BBA, BMS preferred)

2–3 years of RTR or GL experience in BPO/shared services
-
Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial controls
-
Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
