PTP (Procure-to-Pay) Responsibilities
- Process PO and Non-PO invoices.
- Handle payment processing and banking transactions.
- Resolve vendor queries.
- Process employee expense claims.
- Perform statement reconciliation.
- Vendor account clearing.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely Accounts Payable operations.
- Generate payment proposals and resolve invoice exceptions.
- Maintain vendor master data.
- Follow standard operating procedures and client processes.
RTR (Record-to-Report) Responsibilities
- Process journal entries.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
- Execute month-end closing activities.
- Handle fixed asset accounting.
- Support inventory accounting and standard costing.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Ensure SLA compliance.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Execute daily accounting operations accurately and within timelines.
