Job Responsibilities

• Generate agency and direct-bill invoices for new policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with servicing teams and producers to resolve missing or incorrect billing information.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with clients and insurance carriers.
• Maintain accurate billing documentation while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Support Accounts Receivable operations and billing activities.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced finance environment while meeting deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Accounts Receivable and billing processes.
• Knowledge of insurance billing and financial services.
• Familiarity with Agency Management Systems such as Applied Epic or AMS360 is preferred.
• Basic understanding of insurance terminology and billing cycles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.

How to Generate Your TCS EPCN

Before attending the interview, candidates must register on the TCS career portal to obtain their EP Number (EPCN).

1. Visit the TCS iBegin portal.
2. Click Login.
3. Select New User – Register with Us.
4. Choose BPO under the Areas of Interest.
5. Complete the registration process.
6. After successful registration, an EP Number (starting with EP2025XXXX) will be generated and sent to your registered email address.
7. Mention the EPCN clearly on your resume before attending the interview.
