• Qualification: B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA (Commerce background only)

• Note: BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc are not eligible

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle voice process related to Taxation queries in English & Hindi

• Maintain professionalism and courteous communication with clients

• Follow defined processes and compliance protocols

• Deliver excellent customer service while resolving client issues

• Work effectively in a team with strong problem-solving skills

💬 Skills Required:

• Fluency in English and Hindi – both are mandatory

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to remain composed under pressure

• Good team collaboration and analytical thinking

• Willingness to work in night shifts if required
