Job Roles & Responsibilities
OTC – Order to Cash
- Manage Accounts Receivables – invoice processing, vendor queries, reconciliations
- Payment proposals, exceptions handling, vendor maintenance
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Understanding of F&A processes with customer-focused attitude
RTR – Record to Report
- Journal entries, balance sheet reconciliation, month-end reporting
- Fixed asset accounting, inventory accounting, costing
- Knowledge sharing, process transformation projects, and quality assurance
FP&A – Financial Planning & Analysis
- Business performance analysis – AUM, Cash Flow, Board Reporting
- Strategic planning, projections, and data validation
- Expertise in tools like Power BI, Alteryx, Business Objects
- Strong financial modeling and reporting skills
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of education with Commerce background
- 2–7 years of relevant Finance & Accounting experience
- Freshers with B.Com + MBA can also apply
- Strong MS Office, Accounting, Reconciliation, Financial Analysis skills
- Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
- Open to UK shifts / Night shifts
- Immediate joiners or candidates with 30-day notice period preferred

Candidates should revise key Accounting and Finance fundamentals:
- Journal entries, trial balance, rectification of errors
- Bank & Balance Sheet reconciliation
- Inventory valuation, depreciation, asset accounting
- Financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Ratio analysis and accounting assumptions
