Job Description – Accounts Payable
The role involves handling end-to-end Accounts Payable operations including invoice processing, vendor management, reconciliations, and payment processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor payments, invoices, payroll, purchase orders, and statements
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing reports with balances
- Maintain accurate historical financial records
- Process employee reimbursements, verify expense reports, and prepare paychecks
- Manage vendor payments, ensure timely settlements, and resolve queries
- Prepare account analyses and monthly financial reports
- Continuously improve and optimize the payment cycle & processes
Desired Candidate Profile
- Commerce graduate (B.Com mandatory)
- 1 – 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Finance & Accounting
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Good communication and vendor management abilities
- Knowledge of MS Excel & accounting software preferred
