Job Description – IT Service Desk Analyst
As a Service Desk Analyst at Wipro, you will be responsible for providing first-level IT support to global users, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist end-users with application, system, or network issues
- Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve IT incidents via calls, chat, email, or walk-ins
- Escalate critical tickets and follow up until closure
- Log and document activities accurately in the incident management system
- Provide troubleshooting support for Windows, Mac OS, VPN, MS Office Suite, O365, Zoom, Jabber, Outlook, Browsers
- Ensure adherence to ITIL framework, SLAs, and service management principles
- Deliver excellent customer service and timely communication
Requirements:
- Freshers OR candidates with minimum 1 year experience in IT Helpdesk / Service Desk (Voice support preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Knowledge of ITIL, Windows/Mac environments, VDI
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VPN)
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, 24×7 support including weekends/holidays
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
