Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound collection calls for US customers.
- Secure payment arrangements and negotiate suitable repayment plans.
- Address and resolve customer queries, concerns and account-related issues.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills while following process guidelines.
- Handle stressful situations professionally and maintain performance standards.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, active listening and comprehension skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of International Voice Process experience is required.
- Graduates and undergraduates can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in US rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
