👤 Who Can Apply:
✅ Qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) with 1–4 years post-qualification experience
✅ Qualified ACCA/CPA with 3–7 years post-qualification experience
❌ Not accepting CA freshers or candidates who qualified in May 2025
❌ Candidates interviewed recently should not reapply
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engagements and ensure timely, high-quality delivery as per EY GAM and global team expectations
- Review audit procedures and leverage EY tools to enhance efficiency
- Manage relationships with EY Global counterparts (Americas/Europe)
- Monitor workflow, team utilization, and performance metrics
- Supervise, coach, and mentor team members while fostering a positive work culture
- Ensure compliance with EY Quality and Risk Management procedures
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and standardization
Skills & Attributes for Success:
