Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure zero-surprise delivery and achievement of agreed SLAs.
- Deliver against financial goals for the business.
- Manage customer relationships through regular governance.
- Identify opportunities for additional business with customers.
- Resolve customer escalations and issues within the required timelines.
- Drive KPI metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Identify automation opportunities using RPA and analytics.
- Identify key cost drivers and work toward their optimization.
- Coordinate with support functions to provide administrative support and ensure business continuity.
- Ensure team members follow required compliance standards, policies and procedures.
- Plan resources according to business volumes and available headcount.
- Allocate responsibilities within the team.
- Conduct performance appraisals for team members.
- Manage attrition through skip-level meetings, interventions and engagement initiatives.
- Work toward pyramid optimization.
Eligibility Criteria
- 10–15 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR).
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA.
- Relevant exposure to Finance & Accounting processes.
- Candidates with a notice period from immediate to 30 days can attend.
- Willingness to work in US shifts.
- Position requires work from office in Hyderabad.
