Position: Associate Relationship Manager – Home Loan & LAP

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new markets and customer segments for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP).

Generate leads through local marketing activities — canopy setups, leaflet distribution, cold calls, and networking.

Manage and service leads from multiple channels such as sales, cross-selling, or references.

Ensure end-to-end processing — from login to disbursement, including counselling and documentation.

Assist in collections and EMI recovery in case of early defaults to prevent non-starters.

Build strong relationships with builders, business communities, and channel partners to enhance business growth.

Meet and exceed monthly performance targets in sales, income generation, and client acquisition.
Education & Experience
🎓 Qualification: Any Graduate
💼 Experience: 0–5 years in Home Loans / Retail Sales / BFSI sector preferred
