About the Role
Infosys BPM is conducting a Walk-in Drive for AML/KYC professionals with 1–5 years of relevant experience.

Designation: Senior Process Executive
Department: BFSI, Investments & Trading
Shift Timings: UK/Night Shifts & Rotational Shifts
Work Mode: Work from Office
Preferred: Immediate Joiners
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct KYC checks for new and existing clients, including individuals and corporate entities.
- Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) as per AML guidelines.
- Verify customer documentation, identity, and ownership structures.
- Perform risk assessments and classify clients into appropriate risk categories.
- Identify and escalate suspicious activities or red flags to the AML/Compliance team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with FATF, OFAC, and GDPR standards.
- Prepare Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Risk, Legal) for issue resolution.
- Stay updated on global and domestic AML/KYC regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduate (Finance/Business preferred).
- Experience: 1 – 5 years in AML, KYC, or Compliance roles.
- Knowledge:
- KYC/AML regulations, FATF, OFAC, GDPR compliance
- Financial crime risk frameworks
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficiency with KYC tools and database systems
- Preferred:
- CAMS certification
- Experience handling EDD for high-risk clients
