Respond to customer queries via email, chat, phone, and social media, ensuring timely resolution.

Diagnose and resolve technical or operational issues using available knowledge bases.

Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and quality standards in 90% of cases.

Provide root cause analysis and updates on bug progress to customers.

Handle escalations and consult with lower-tier teams to resolve complex issues.

Work flexibly across rotational/night shifts and diverse cultural environments.

Continuously research and propose preventive solutions to recurring technical issues.

Document processes and provide support using technical writing and version control tools where required.

UG: B.Com, B.Tech/B.E. (Electronics/Telecommunication, IT, Mechanical, Electrical, Computers), B.Sc, BCA
