As a Unit Sales Manager – Branch Banking, you will be responsible for driving general insurance product sales through ICICI Bank branches, managing relationships with bank staff and agents, and ensuring consistent revenue growth.

Manage and strengthen channel relationships within the assigned banking branches.

Conduct training sessions for bank RMs and staff to promote insurance cross-selling.

Ensure business growth through lead generation, client engagement, and product awareness.

Handle objections efficiently and support the sales process for branch partners.

Focus on retention and renewal, especially for health insurance products.
