The Business Development Manager (BDM) role focuses on acquiring new current and savings account (CASA) customers, building lasting relationships, and ensuring the highest level of service and compliance.
🔑 Key Responsibilities

Acquire new Current and Savings Account (CASA) customers within assigned regions.

Generate leads and references through catchment area mapping.

Ensure high-quality customer acquisition and activation.

Achieve and exceed monthly business and revenue targets.

Cross-sell banking products and services to existing customers.

Analyze and address customer transaction banking needs.

Experience: 1–5 years in BFSI or similar sales roles
