🔹 Position 1: Design Engineer
Qualification:

B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
-
M.Tech in Mechanical Design (Preferred)
Experience: 2 – 6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
-
Design and model heat exchangers with 100% accuracy using CAD tools such as CATIA, Creo, or SolidWorks.
-
Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
-
Ensure compliance with GD&T, DFM/A principles, and internal design standards.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design validation and manufacturability.
🔹 Position 2: Marketing / Business Development Engineer
Qualification:
-
B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 5 – 8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
-
Drive new business opportunities through lead generation, RFQs, and pricing strategies.

Acquire and manage key customer accounts.
-
Build and maintain customer relationships for long-term growth.
-
Analyze market trends, competition, and business performance metrics.
-
Support NPD (New Product Development) for smooth project launches.
🔹 Position 3: Manufacturing Engineer
Qualification:

B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 5 – 7 Years
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and optimize manufacturing and process engineering functions.

Support new product development, process validation, and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with suppliers, quality teams, and shop floor operations.
