🔹 Position 1: Design Engineer

Qualification:

• B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

• M.Tech in Mechanical Design (Preferred)

Experience: 2 – 6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and model heat exchangers with 100% accuracy using CAD tools such as CATIA, Creo, or SolidWorks.

• Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs).

• Ensure compliance with GD&T, DFM/A principles, and internal design standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design validation and manufacturability.

🔹 Position 2: Marketing / Business Development Engineer

Qualification:

• B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 5 – 8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business opportunities through lead generation, RFQs, and pricing strategies.

• Acquire and manage key customer accounts.

• Build and maintain customer relationships for long-term growth.

• Analyze market trends, competition, and business performance metrics.

• Support NPD (New Product Development) for smooth project launches.

🔹 Position 3: Manufacturing Engineer

Qualification:

• B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 5 – 7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize manufacturing and process engineering functions.

• Support new product development, process validation, and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with suppliers, quality teams, and shop floor operations.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives for better efficiency and quality.

• Mentor teams and introduce best practices in production excellence.
