About the Role:
As part of RBL Bank’s Internal Audit Department, you will play a crucial role in assessing and enhancing our risk management, control, and governance processes. This position offers a unique chance to contribute to the integrity and efficiency of our banking operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits and assessments across various departments and branches.
- Evaluate and improve risk management practices and internal controls.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Recommend actionable improvements and monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Semi-Qualified CA: Individuals who have completed their CA exams but are in the process of completing their articleship or other requirements.
- Fully Qualified CA: Chartered Accountants with a valid CA certification.
- MBA: Candidates with an MBA in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with a focus on internal audit or risk management.
