Key Responsibilities

Handle monthly loan portfolio & payment reconciliation
-
Perform month-end close of P&L and balance sheet substantiation

Provide commentary on key P&L movements
-
Prepare regular & ad-hoc financial dashboards, investor and client reports

Manage day-to-day cash management activities
-
Document, optimize, and automate reconciliation processes
-
Work with automation/reporting tools and apply basic SQL knowledge

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements

Analyze portfolio performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions
