- Supervise, mentor and develop junior staff, provide timely and effective mentoring and training Assist in business development efforts and collaborate with other divisions within the firm to build crossfunctional relationships Build, maintain, and enhance client relationships Assurance Review of the financial statements Ensure that the work is planned, organized and performed by self and team by guiding them and performing reviews on deliverables to ensure quality and timely delivery of work Demonstrate industry competence and clarity of communication Develop self by participating in and developing others by facilitating trainings on assurance and accounting standards Preparing engagement plan by defining time limits and allotting responsibilities to team members Work under strict timelines and at client locations
