Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding formalities for new hires
- Handle joining documentation, verification, and background checks (BGV)
- Maintain and update records in Excel and HR systems
- Ensure a seamless and compliant onboarding experience for employees
- Liaise with internal teams for documentation, compliance, and employee support
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of HR experience are welcome
✅ Must have working knowledge of Excel
✅ Basic understanding of joining formalities and background verification (BGV) process
✅ Strong communication and coordination skills
✅ Must be available for face-to-face interviews (walk-in only)
