Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strong relationships with HNI (High Net Worth Individual) customers
- Drive growth in liabilities and commercial assets portfolio
- Provide seamless customer service with focus on customer retention and satisfaction
- Cross-sell various banking products, including Trade, Forex, CC, OD, TL, and Export Finance
- Collaborate with group companies for up-selling Mutual Funds and Insurance
- Plan and execute sales initiatives and customer engagement events
- Maintain detailed relationship records and resolve customer issues effectively
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Minimum 4 years of experience in BFSI/Banking sector
✅ Age limit: Up to 35 years
✅ Proven experience in handling Trade & Forex, Commercial Assets, and Current Accounts
✅ Added advantage: Knowledge of Mutual Funds and Insurance
✅ High energy, customer-centric mindset, and strong business acumen
