Job Role: Sales Manager / Sales Officer
Product Focus: Micro Business Loans & Loan Against Property (LAP)
Location: Malad, Mumbai (also considering candidates from Kandivali, Dahisar, Goregaon areas)

Experience Required: 3 to 6 years in field sales
Education Qualification: Any Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source business loan and LAP leads from open market or channel partners
- Achieve monthly targets for loan disbursements
- Evaluate customer profiles, verify documentation, and recommend for credit approval
- Work closely with reporting managers on lead conversion strategy
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
Preferred Candidate Profile:
✅ Minimum 3+ years of experience in field sales – preferably in business loan, LAP, or home loan domain
✅ Strong knowledge of financial products and banking processes
✅ Target-driven with excellent communication and negotiation skills
✅ Local candidates from Malad, Kandivali, Goregaon, or Dahisar preferred
