🎯 Purpose of the Role
The Senior Associate – Branch Operations is responsible for providing customer service, handling backend operations, and ensuring smooth branch functioning, including new business processing, policy servicing, and customer retention.
đź“‹Â Key Responsibilities
🧍‍♀️ Customer Relationship & Service:

Interact with internal and external customers to resolve queries and requests

Handle complaints and ensure timely resolution
-
Manage front-desk service for policyholders and partners
📝 New Business Processing:
-
Scrutinize and process new business applications
-
Create client IDs and handle payments
-
Maintain rejection logs and compliance documentation
đź“‘ Policy Servicing:

Process policy servicing transactions (COA, refunds, undelivered documents, etc.)

Coordinate with the HUB for same-day processing
-
Maintain registers, files, and reports
⚖️ Claims Assistance:

Assist in collecting claim documents and conducting field visits if required

Follow up with the claims department for processing and payouts
📊 Business Retention & Persistency:

Conduct revival calls for lapsed policies
-
Work closely with sales teams to reduce surrenders or withdrawals

Visit customers to encourage policy reinstatement
🌱 Lead Generation:

Engage with walk-in customers for repurchase opportunities

Update systems, allocate leads, and follow up for closures
🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education:Â Minimum Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience: 1–3 years in Operations / Customer Service / Backend (preferably Insurance or Banking)

Age: 28 – 38 years

Skills Required:

Strong communication & coordination skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
