🎯 Job Purpose
The Branch Sales Officer plays a crucial role in sourcing and managing new customer accounts, ensuring adherence to banking guidelines, and contributing to branch growth.
📋 Key Responsibilities

Sourcing Business:

Acquire new customers through open market activities, referrals, and cold calls.

Generate leads for CASA (Current Account Savings Account) for both Resident and Non-Resident clients.

Achieve defined productivity norms and account value targets.

Lead Fulfillment:
-
Work with other verticals to fulfill leads within the prescribed TAT (Turn Around Time).

Maintain accurate KYC/AML compliance during account acquisition.

Cross-Selling:
-
Promote additional products such as Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD), Auto Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Consumer Durables.

Business Hygiene:

Ensure proper handling of Welcome Kits and customer documents.

Maintain strong customer relationships for value enhancement.

Contribute to the branch’s overall sales and service goals.
