📌 Role: Record to Report (R2R) Associate
🧾 Responsibilities:
-
Maintain and update the general ledger, record journal entries, and reconcile accounts
-
Perform bank, AP, and AR reconciliations
-
Support month-end and year-end close processes
-
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
-
Perform variance analysis and provide insight on actuals vs. budgets
-
Collaborate across teams to provide timely financial data and insights
-
Document financial transactions and maintain records for audits and reporting
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Graduate in B.Com, BBA, or M.Com
-
18+ months of experience in Record to Report (R2R) or General Accounting
Preferred Skills:
-
Strong MS Excel skills
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Proficiency in general ledger functions and accounting principles
-
SAP experience preferred
