About the Role – Customer Support (Voice Process)
Join Infosys BPM’s Customer Success Team and deliver outstanding voice-based support to clients across the globe. You’ll resolve queries, build rapport with customers, and ensure every interaction reflects Infosys’ world-class service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle voice-based customer support with empathy and professionalism.

Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer queries.

Manage call logs, track issues, and follow up efficiently.

Work in US shifts and maintain service quality metrics.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any Full-Time Graduate (No backlogs).

Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers encouraged to apply).

Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.

Work Mode: 100% Onsite (No Hybrid).

Shifts: Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts.
Preferred Skills:

Prior internship or training in customer support.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools or customer handling systems.
