Job Role & Responsibilities
- Source business and achieve targets for Corporate Cards, Payment Gateway, and cross-sell products like loans, life insurance, and general insurance.
- Interact with customers to explain product features and terms.
- Manage customer relationships and branch coordination.
- Handle end-to-end documentation – pre & post-sales.
- Maintain daily lead updates, tracking, and DSR reporting.
- Follow company processes and compliance guidelines.
- Generate cross-sell leads through self-sourcing and referrals.
Eligibility & Skills Required
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language.
- Strong selling skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Relationship-building abilities.
