Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly RTR activities including journal entries, ledger reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of general ledger accounts for assigned clients.
- Perform account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and conduct root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with SOX requirements, internal controls, and client audit guidelines.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare financial reports for clients and internal management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 2–7 years in Record to Report / General Ledger processes (BPO/Shared Services preferred).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial controls.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
