💼 Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Acquire Current Account customers in the identified segment and generate references from the catchment area.
- Ensure high-quality customer acquisition aligned with bank policies.
- Proactively register and activate customers on direct banking channels.
- Meet and exceed monthly acquisition targets by analyzing customer transaction banking needs.
- Support Area Sales Manager in catchment mapping and opportunity analysis.
- Provide regular feedback to improve customer acquisition strategies.
✅ Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 2–7 years in BFSI preferred.
- Candidates from other industries with a passion for open market sales are welcome.
- Strong communication, sales skills, and target-driven mindset.
- Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
