- Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain smooth workflow.
- Prepare reports, validate information, and support order management functions.
Required Skills:
- Excellent spoken & written English with strong email communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to resolve queries.
- Order management experience preferred.
