Job Description:
Scheme Processing:
As a Commercial Executive, you will play a crucial role in facilitating timely channel scheme computations and disbursements. This involves resolving bottlenecks and addressing queries from internal stakeholders. You will also be responsible for clarifying and resolving queries from channel partners regarding their incentives, dues, and other policy-related matters, ensuring regular engagement with them.
Tax and Legal Compliance:
Your expertise in tax and legal compliance will be essential. You will prepare GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B return working files monthly and reconcile GSTR-2A on a regular basis. Ensuring matched GST-2A data transfer to the new GL, reconciling input GST mismatches, and following up with vendors to file GST returns are key responsibilities. Additionally, you will handle ITC reversals on shortages and update the TDS flag under Sec 194Q on SAP.
Accounts Hygiene and MIS:
Maintaining accounts hygiene is critical. You will collect and check monthly reports such as Physical Verification Reports and Depot Compliances reports. Coordinating with various teams to submit timely damage proposals, assisting in their preparation, and tracking renewals of depot and office agreements are part of your role. Timely execution of stockiest agreements and preparing MIS reports on various operational aspects will also be under your purview.
Debtors Management:
You will manage customer code approvals after verifying documents for stockists and direct dealers. Updating retailer KYC (nearly 200 per month) and regularly interacting with the accounts and sales teams for any KYC issues are crucial tasks. Ensuring timely balance confirmation follow-ups will be part of your debtor management duties.
Support to Sales Team:
Providing robust support to the sales team is essential. You will assist with sales returns via R3, update IRN/QR codes, generate E-way bills, create deliveries via R3 in case of technical issues, and manage vendor codes.
