- Cross-sell and upgrade customer relationships across Liabilities, Retail Assets, Forex, Credit Cards, and Online Trading.
- Deliver excellent customer service while enhancing customer engagement.
- Handle inbound & outbound calls with focus on relationship building.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate.
- 1–5 years of experience in BPO Sales, Phone Banking, or related fields.
- Proficiency in multilingual communication is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
