🧾 Job Role: Letter of Credit Executive
Experience Required: 1 – 9 years
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Department: BFSI, Investments & Trading
Work Mode: Onsite | Flexible for 24×7 shifts (including night)
Qualification: Any Graduate
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Scrutinize documents under Letters of Credit (LC) for compliance with UCP 600, ISBP, and LC terms.

Create and manage LC templates for shipment booking and banking documentation.
-
Perform SAP-based daily reconciliations and documentation for trade finance.
-
Coordinate with banks for LC advising, negotiation, and discrepancy resolution.
-
Manage bulk LC transactions across clients and regions.
-
Ensure accurate and timely submission of trade documents to banks.

Monitor end-to-end document flow and payment realization from LC issuing bank.

Handle customer queries related to LC and export documentation.
✅ Mandatory Skills:

Strong knowledge of Letters of Credit, UCP 600, and ISBP guidelines.

Hands-on experience with SAP, export/import documentation, and banking procedures.

Ability to manage multiple transactions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance.

Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night shifts (24/7).
