Job Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry of member, provider, and claims details
- Validate information and identify duplicate claims
- Investigate alerts related to members & providers
- Interpret and analyze policy messages & hospital contracts
- Take action to prevent fraud, overcharges, or ineligible claims
- Coordinate with calling teams and other departments as required
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of healthcare & medical terminology
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Investigative mindset and problem-solving ability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in healthcare/insurance/claims backend processing
- Strong interpretation & comprehension skills
