About the Role:
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling voice and blended process support. Your role involves resolving queries, providing accurate information, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve queries, concerns, and issues with empathy
- Provide accurate product/service information
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Work in rotational shifts including weekends/holidays

- Excellent verbal communication in English
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills

- Flexible with shifts and immediate joiners preferred
